Advance Request Agreement
Commission Advancing Inc. is able to advance up to 90% of your net commission for only .75 cents per day on every $1,000 advanced.
Before we can get started, first time applicants must create a simple account.
You will have to submit the following information via fax or email: Signed Commission Advancing Agreement, copy of your Driver's License and a VOID cheque (if you want an electronic funds transfer).
How to Apply
Step 1: Call or e-mail us for an Advance Request Page.
Step 2: Fax to us the following required documents:
- Firm Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- Completed Advance Request Page.
- Any Waivers, Amendments and Schedules attached to the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
- Trade Record Sheets, signed by the Broker and yourself with full commission breakdown.
- Solicitor information including address and phone number.
- Proof of deposit if you are a co-operating agent.
- MLS listing with SOLD status.
Step 3: Upon receipt and review of the above, Commission Advancing will send you a Commission Advance Agreement which is to be signed by you and your Broker and then faxed back to Commission Advancing.
Step 4: A Comfirmation of Funding will be faxed directly to your office.
Step 5: Funds will be released to you in the manner indicated on your Advance Request Form.
